Brief Session Overview:
- Active participants were limited to 15 per session.
Participants will:
- understand what search committees are typically seeking from candidates at this stage of the process.
- learn what makes a candidate competitive in the interview process.
- discuss appropriate responses to questions that are typically asked during neutral site interviews
- learn the top mistakes that candidates make in an interview process.
Following the session, a post-session packet (.pdf) was made available containing:
- a list of sample questions for semi-finalist interviews
- a set of guidelines for interviewing
- guidelines for interviewing via Skype or other electronic platforms
- guidelines for negotiating compensation
